His events have evolved a bit since then, and he now runs Seed Talks – an inspiring talks series connecting top thinkers with audiences around the UK and Ireland.
Founded in London in late 2021, Seed Talks’ diverse range of programming provides insights into areas like neurodiversity, mental health, and psychology, and partners with respected academics, researchers, and clinicians.
“I love that Seed Talks provides enriching learning experiences for people,” says William. “What we do is spread understanding, changing mindsets and helping people build connections at a grassroots level.”
Exemplifying this, William cites how thousands of people have attended lectures on psychedelic science and its mental health benefits, including his own grandmother and a friend’s father who had “an eye-opening experience”.

“This, alongside gaining a deeper understanding of my neurodiversity through these talks, has allowed me to let go of a lot of self-anger, which had built up over the decades. I am much happier for it,” he says.
William soon hopes to tour the US with one of his speakers in a campervan, while his ultimate vision is to create a Seed Talks app platform with live talks, online courses, coaching, and therapy, as well as launching conferences and festivals.
"I think what we do is spreading understanding, changing mindsets and helping people build connections at a grassroots level. Tens of thousands of people have attended our lectures on psychedelic science, and their mental health benefits, including my granny! A friend of mine also brought his dad along who had an eye-opening experience and I hope that we can help shift public opinion on some outdated policies around this area."
