As someone with a long-held passion for connecting people through music, Matt Orlove says his personal and professional lives have overlapped since starting ORLOVE Entertainment over a decade ago.
Based in Los Angeles, the event production company specializes in organizing and promoting concerts, music events, parties, and festivals featuring EDM, indie, hip-hop, and alternative artists.
Music lover Matt finds the most joy in the process of creating these experiences, noting: “The leadup to each event presents stimulating challenges and unique wins for me and our team to celebrate daily.”
He is most proud of how everyone in the company is constantly challenged “to be the very best” and is so committed to growth and improvement, that he once turned a customer who’d posted a negative review into an employee.
He recalls: “I personally reached out to learn more about his experience and he was open to sharing, so we sent our team to his local market for the sole intention of improvement. The end result is that he’s been on our marketing team for the past five years, and his wife is now a full-time employee!”
Looking ahead, Matt envisions ORLOVE Entertainment doubling its event frequency and expanding its reach, as he guides new company leaders to “replicate and refine an evolving model of success”.
"For our current customers, more opportunities to party with us are coming,” he promises. “For those who aren’t familiar with our brand, we will become more visible and accessible for you to join our community."
